Payment Options: The Complete Picture accepts major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle as methods of payment. You can choose the option that is most convenient for you.
Due Date: Payments are expected to be made promptly upon receiving the invoice. This means that you should submit your payment as soon as you receive the invoice from The Complete Picture.
Late Payment Fee: If a payment remains outstanding for more than 30 days, The Complete Picture may charge a 10% monthly late fee. This fee is calculated based on the total amount owed.
Collections: If a payment becomes overdue for more than 60 days, The Complete Picture reserves the right to initiate collections proceedings.
Depending on distance to the assignment, we reserve the right to add a travel fee. We'll let you know up front!
All photographs created by The Complete Picture are protected by United States copyright law. The Complete Picture retains full copyright ownership of all images produced, regardless of purchase.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use their purchased images for the purposes outlined in their agreement (such as personal, business, web, or marketing use).
Images may not be altered, sold, transferred, or used for additional purposes beyond the agreed-upon license without prior written consent.
The Complete Picture reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, self-promotion, and marketing purposes, unless a written request to opt out is submitted prior to the session.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or use of images beyond the licensed terms is prohibited.
Clients may request that their images not be used for promotional purposes by notifying The Complete Picture in writing prior to the photography session.
